The EnterpriseDB Blade Program delivers a comprehensive 'total solution' to enable organizations to deploy a complete data management solution. All blades delivered through the Blade Program are fully tested and integrated with the Postgres Plus family and are backed by 24/7 customer support from both EnterpriseDB and the blade provider.

What is a blade?

The term 'blade' is given to a partner's technology solution that is complementary and/or integrated with Postgres Plus using open standards and open APIs along with standard ODBC and JDBC connections. Blades may consist of both open source and commercial software technologies (depending on the vendor) and are available for Postgres Plus and Postgres Plus Advanced Server, respectively.

What blades are currently available?

Currently, there are twelve blades available for the Postgres Plus family, and more are on their way. The blades run the gamut from application development (Alpha Software) through to high availability and disaster recovery (Continuent). To see a full list of available blades, click here.
