1. 20% discount on 3-year subscriptions, paid in advance
2. Perpetual licensing available at 2.5 times annual subscription price, plus 20% annual maintenance charge
3. 50% discount available for qualifying charitable and educational institutions
4. Postgres Plus is free and open source software. Postgres Plus Advanced Server is commercially-licensed and free for non-production usage.
